Middle School Students Work on Clay House Project

                                                        Efrain builds his house

                                                         Kelsey rolling a slab

                                                               Kayla glazing

                                                    Kayu glazing his house

Middle School students learned about the work of ceramic artist Sana Musasama, and with her work in mind they created clay houses of their own. Using slab construction techniques, their houses reflect the personality they show to the world on the exterior, and their inward feelings on the interior. Each one has a unique form that reflects their individuality.
